Today’s post isn’t related to transport or urban development in Korea. Still it shows something wonderful about Seoul, which is worth to share. Seoul initiated a project to produce a movie with the help of movie directors Park Chan-Wook and Park Chan-Kyong. The directors didn’t film anything!
