北村特別管理地區遊客到訪限制通知（2024.11.～）

首爾市自2024年11月1日起，將針對北村特別管理區域的訪客實施清晨及傍晚限制通行政策。到訪時間限制區域（紅色區域）限制遊客進入，時間自下午17:00至隔日早上10:00，違反時將被處以罰款。
「遊客到訪時間限制區域（紅色區域）」
- 限制區域：北村路11街一帶約34,000平方公尺
- 限制時間：自17:00起至隔日10:00止
- 限制內容：在限制時間內禁止遊客到訪限制區域
- 勸導期間：2024.11.1.~2025.2.28.
- 實行日：2025.3.1.
- 罰款金額：10萬韓元

- Fines: KRW 300,000 (KRW 400,000 for the 2nd, KRW 500,000 for the 3rd violation)

The “Red zone” restricts tourist visits from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00a.m. Fines will be imposed for violations.

No chartered buses are allowed in the designated 2.3 km area (Bukchon-ro, Bukchon-ro 5-gil, and Changdeokgung 1-gil). Fines will be imposed for violations.
Fines: KRW 300,000
(KRW 400,000 for the 2nd, KRW 500,000 for the 3rd violation)
Guidance period: Jul. 1, 2025-Dec. 31, 2025 Enforcement date: Jan. 1, 2026

Yellow zone
No restrictions on visiting hours, but intensive monitoring is in place.

Jongno-gu has designated the “red zone” in the Bukchon special management area to restrict visitor access in the early mornings and late evenings. A fine of KRW 100,000 will be imposed for any violations within the restricted hours.
